Hi, I’m Elle Weber, a licensed esthetician at Shear Envy Salon. I specialize in lashes and skincare, helping my clients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally beautiful. My goal is always to provide a relaxing, personalized experience while also giving you results you can see and feel. I’m passionate about continuously learning and expanding my knowledge in the beauty industry so I can bring the best techniques and treatments to my clients. Whether it’s perfecting a lash set or tailoring a skincare routine, I love creating looks and treatments that are just right for you. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll probably find me outdoors—I’m an animal lover and enjoy everything about nature. Hiking, camping, and of course ending the day with some gooey s’mores are some of my favorite ways to recharge. I’m always excited to meet new clients and help them feel their best. CANCELLATION POLICY
I value your time as well as mine. To provide the best service possible and respect all clients’ schedules, please review the following policy: Cancellations & Reschedules • Client must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Notice may be provided via phone, text, or email to Provider’s business contact information. 2. Late Cancellations • Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may result in a fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled service. 3. No-Shows • Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the scheduled service. • Provider reserves the right to require prepayment of future services if a Client has a history of no-shows. 4. Late Arrivals • Client is expected to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. • If Client arrives more than fifteen (15) minutes late, Provider may, at their sole discretion, shorten or reschedule the appointment. Service fees may still apply. 5. Acknowledgment • By scheduling and/or receiving services, Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Policy. • This Policy is enforceable under the laws of the State of Kansas. Before booking your appointment, you must agree to the following: 1. Payment and Chargeback Policy • Client agrees that all payments for services rendered are final and non-refundable. • Client acknowledges that they are paying for time, expertise, and materials, not a specific guaranteed result. • Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through their bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for any reason related to the agreed-upon service. • Any disputes will be addressed directly between Client and Esthetician. 2. Service Risks and Skin/Lash Condition • Client understands that skin care treatments and lash services may cause temporary redness, irritation, allergic reactions, uneven results, sensitivity, breakouts, lash shedding, or other effects. • Client has disclosed all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and prior treatments (including skin treatments, chemical peels, lash extensions, lifts, or tints). • Client releases Esthetician from any liability for adverse effects including but not limited to: skin irritation, allergic reactions, sensitivity, lash damage, premature shedding, or results differing from expectations. • Client understands that results vary depending on individual skin/lash condition, history, and at-home care. 3. Issue Resolution and Public Reviews • Client agrees to first communicate any concerns directly to Esthetician within 72 hours of the service. • Client agrees not to post negative or defamatory reviews, comments, or statements online or on social media without first giving Esthetician an opportunity to address and resolve the issue. • This clause does not prevent honest feedback, but both parties agree to resolve matters privately and professionally before any public statements are made. 4. Consent & Acknowledgment By this agreement, Client acknowledges that they have: • Read and fully understood the terms of this waiver. • Had the opportunity to ask questions before the service began. • Voluntarily agreed to proceed with the requested service, accepting all terms above.
